We're a family-run business with over 50 years of experience in fish breeding and 30 years of experience in breeding sturgeons. We operate in several carefully selected fish farms providing the closest to natural conditions for sturgeon breeding.

We offer two kinds of the highest quality fresh unpasteurized caviar.
OSCIETRA, coming from Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii), has a unique, saturated taste and a slight nutty note. SIBERIAN, which comes from Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii), is characterised by an intense aroma that will satisfy the most demanding caviar gourmet. We offer 5* and 6* caviar prepared with the traditional „malossol” - with a pinch of salt - method.
All offered products are available in elegant tins of 30g, 50g and 125g (250g and 500g available per special order), and are directly packed. This guarantees the highest quality of our products as one tin contains roe from only one fish (mixing different fish roe in one tin is a common procedure amongst other brands). Moreover, we provide full traceability of our caviar based on the store records.
FROM ROE TO ROE
We started breeding sturgeons over 30 years ago. Since then we have been fully controlling all stages of the life of our fish which allows us to create new generations of sturgeons and gives full breeding independence.
Our caviar is made only from our fish. We control the production process from the very beginning, through the entire life of the fish, the processing, packing, and storage until the product is shipped to our customers. This control is crucial and allows us to offer the highest quality product.
